Nano skin fine grade should fit the bill for the vehicles you’ve described. You can buy their specific clay lube and dilute it or use something like optimum no rinse (ONR)
Is your car parked outside 24/7? I just had rodent damage to the wiring harness of my 2024 F150 causing almost $800 in damage. The F150 lives outside and the Mustang in the garage. Hopefully it’s a non-issue in the garage.
Did your quotes include the cost of the lowering springs or with you providing?

I personally like the OEM rubber mats. The word "Mustang" is on the mats in a gray color. I personally do not think rubber weathertech or similar brand would look good.
