wasn't there a post on here about loose caliper hardware scoring the wheels? Check your brakes and make sure the bolts aren't loose and scraping the wheels.
Also savageese showed in their latest video about loose tie rod (?) nuts. Don't think that would make wheel chirping noises, but might...
If nothing else, I would treat the info in our database as pessimistic. It relies on us to update the info and those updates only show progress. So at any given time our database is lagging what is presently happening.
As far as insiders go, does it really matter? There's not a lot of...
Possibly. But if so, I bet 1037 have not shipped.
Also think of it like this. If they said every dealer is getting at least 1 dark horse, and there are somewhere around 3000 dealers in the US, that would mean they've built 1/3 (probably more like 1/6) of their intended production before the...
Last week I pulled the stats for DH orders on this forum's tracker. Out of 103 DH orders, only 20 had VINs. Waiting sucks, but most of us have made no progress including day 1 orders.
The roof panel is welded to the rest of the body before any of it is painted. The whole vehicle goes through a separate process for painted stripes or roof. They don't just slap a new roof on the car. I'd say the better demand would be to let us choose vinyl, omit black roof, or just wait.
oh heck yeah that's good to know! Thanks for figuring this out and sharing.
I imagine it would be the same fit with DH Handling Pack wheels since we're just looking at caliper clearance.

As of today (granted not everybody may have updated their stats in the tracker)
DH orders: 103
DH orders with Estimated Build Date: 20
DH orders with Estimated Build Date and Estimated Delivery Date: 4 (2 in Canada, 2 US, all Premium)...
i can't remember which manufacturer it was, but there were stories back in the early 2000s of one of the plants building out a coupe on one side not realizing it was a sedan on the other side.
How it got out into the wild, well that's really shocking. Maybe this was a rework done in the...
I've actually been keeping track of many different lenders including my own banks and credit unions since I ordered. At 72 mos, Navy Federal has held on to under 5%. Everyone else is creeping very close to 6 or over. I'm just thinking by the time mine gets built, we'll be above that threshold.
