The stock knob disappeared in my hand. This one feels better in every way, and I canāt say I have noticed it was much higher.
But looking at my install pics it appears to be about an inch taller. I did start with the lock nut all the way down so it is as low as it goes.
I think the comparison further proves the GTās uniqueness as the last Pony car standing. Throttle Houseās other video on the gas Charger shows it better.
An AWD version that competes with this Charger would be cool. Itās probably more Ecoboost RTR than GT based. But at that point you are likely...
Chiming in on the fawning over Euro electronics. I have BMWs with the newest iDrive 9 (android based) and 8.5. Both have issues losing settings with OTA updates.
iDrive is amazing in its features, but I spend most of the time in Car Play. The iDrive 9 drives my wife nuts with the complexity...
this.
I've got a few inches on you, and the rear view was one of the first thing I noticed when I sat down to get my seating position right. The left trick made it adequate with the top up. And it is great with the top down which is the vast majority of my driving.
I hope everyone has a great 2026!
Getting prepped for tonight with a top down B2E2RUN that it is not warm enough for š ā¦
and a dog restraint test fit for this manās best friend.
It will be a great year
Not sure of the context, but I'll answer 2 ways.
Me- I think it is a cool addition to the car. Using it- eventually, end of tire life probably. I am hoping that it is part of the Mustang track experience in Charlotte when I do it.
Son- If he gets competent, I'll pay for him to go to Charlotte...
Thanks. My method did not get us there so I am grateful for the ideas.
...I have also though about putting it out to manual owners in my area to see if they would like to volunteer their carsš¤£š¤£š¤£
To your point, these cars go by themselves if you let the clutch out slowly. That enabled us to practice shifting around 2nd and 3rd.
We will stick to it!
Soooo,
I have been so thrilled to be back in a manual that I wanted to share the passion with my son.
Lesson 1 was a little frustratingā¦but I am committed.
For the experts, how impactful are a few low rpm stalls on the clutch or drivetrain?
Thx, lots of compliments on the Bronze and Carmine Red.
From Jaeger Brothers. I went with these because they are easy on and off until I get PPF in a couple weeks. Figure they will be great for wet drives or longer highway drives. I donāt love the look of the rears. But they can be removed...
Nothing exciting, just making it mineā¦
-battery tender installed
-deleted dealer tag frame
- Billetworkz shift knob (looks + feels great)
-rock guards after seeing the mess from a wet road
- looking good after first wash!
So I took a couple drives today.
I took the wifeās X3 for a bath. I donāt drive it often so I put it in sport plus to prevent carbon build up.š It is fairly loud and pops and bubbles with the valves open on the quad exhaust. I had some fun from lights and around curves, but did not really exceed...
I have the top B&O in my '21 KR, lots of speakers even in the head rest, maybe the same one as in yours. And I paid for the 12spkr in my vert. I am not an audiophile, but I do like music. The Mustang is not bad. The one in the truck is clearly better. I am sure the cabin vs. fabric top are part...
All my cars smell like obsessive compulsive cleaning. Leather treatment and pet fresh carpet deodorizer. Love to take my pup for a ride when I can so lots of vacuuming.
Gorgeous truck. Those lines just get better over time.
Mine was a stepside with a straight 6. Former SC DOT truck. Just an old truck in the early eighties...$700. Wrecked in front. My father and I pulled the front end back into shape with a come-along until I got straight parts from a junkyard...
