It's a general disconnected feeling where you cannot feel the road through the steering wheel. Described as a "numbness". It can be caused by soft bushings, too much power assist, poor assist programming, tire selection, alignment ect.
I have heard several complaints about the amount of feedback the S650 offers the driver when pushing the limits cornering. Do any of you see this as an area for improvement? Has anyone looked into this? Are there any parts in the works to help improve road feel like stiffer bushings or steering...

Cutting a spring makes it shorter which makes is stiffer. When it's stiffer it will compress less and have more stress which shortens its life. Cutting a spring for lowering is the law of diminishing returns in action. .
It appears some clutches are sticking momentarily during initial start up which is causing the initial movement. Then the car is bouncing off the slop in the park pawl. If the problem is clutch packs clearances too tight it will probably resolve itself in time as they wear in.
