Do the rails sit flush with the pinch weld seam or do they stick out a little further?
I'm trying to understand if the lift pad on my jack will touch the pinch weld at all. The edges of the pad are turned up and I dont want them digging into the seam.
I can almost/sorta forgive the mismatched seats. The hey are wrapped from the manufacturer and not usually unwrapped till arrival at the dealer. The wing is sorta just right there with its ass all waving in the wind. š¤¦āāļø
I didnāt want to interfere with the side curtain airbags. On my S550 I was very careful to route the wire behind the airbags which was a pain. This way I avoided the situation entirely.
I have not had this issue. Like a few others, my initial thought would be a faulty valve guide letting oil into the cylinder. Have you noticed any oil loss on the dip stick? Either way a trip to the dealer is on order.
Yes, I have had the A139Pro installed and powered by the mirror USB port for a few weeks. It works well and I have not had any issues.
To install the rear camera I ran a fiberglass electricians fish tape from the front to the rear between the headliner and roof. Much easier than removing the...
Between installing the rock guards on my PP car and looking at the DH sitting at my dealer, I donāt see why they wouldnāt fit.
The wheel lips on the HP cars could be an issue, but the regular DH *should* be good to go.
I installed a full set of the rock guards on my GT performance pack last Saturday.
The fronts are super easy. The rears are not too bad. You donāt drill any new holes or anything. When you install the new larger tinnerman nut, leave the other 2 screws loose and temporarily run in the new screw...

I did remove the wheel, but I didnāt have to remove anything else.
I used a cup style filter wrench and a u-joint with a couple extensions. Thatās about it.
I donāt remember what size my filter wrench is, but if you happen to have one that fits a 2004 VW Diesel Jetta filter housing, thatās the...
Yes, the belly pan Iām referring to covers the underside of the engine bay.
PIG mat is just a common brand of oil absorbing mat. It works great for catching oil spills before they become a mess.

Same thing for form-a-funnel. Itās a flat sheet that you can roll and shape into whatever...
Just did the first oil change on my PP GT. The oil pan is metal and has a standard threaded drain bolt with an integrated rubber washer.
Also, gone is the little trap door to access the oil filter. Itās a real pain to drop the belly pan when working on jack stands so I skipped that and used PIG...
"it seems that message is sent when the battery is approx 50%."
There are a number of conditions that will initiate that power save mode. I have received that message with my car in the garage on the charger showing 99-100% charge.
I do the side to side.
If I place my floor jack in the rocker panel opening one or two back from the front factory lift point, I can get both jack stands under the car at the factory points. I also use pinch weld adapters with both my jack and jack stands.
