In current era, smartphones are a massive deal. How a company can just pull the plug on a convenient charging pad - when they offered it already - is unreal.

in reality, you can overpower anything even at gt500 power levels.

and power levels are only/ part of the equation. Heat soak is a big issue for supercharged cars...

Dude. it matters A LOT. And Ford could get well over 1,000 HP with a V8 that has been vetted as thoroughly as the TTV6. It would mean no heat soak, massive power increase in both torque and horsepower. It would mean faster lap times, period. And that's not to mention the 1320 increases, 0-60...
