Depending on your exhaust, your whine hearing could vary! I can hear mine, @ lower RPMs at higher RPMs, well, it is the sweet sound of engine acceleration.
I was more concerned about Android Auto and CarPlay. I use CarPlay in my vehicles for a lot of things. It would suck having them be interfered with. I agree about the fash card. easier to take it out and just download on the computer.
The above was one of the reasons I did not buy the Fitcamx. I also wanted the parking modes, which I do not believe this has. Happy with the Blackvue Elite 10. Found it on sale, reduced, and it fits the bill perfectly.
I went to an L2 of the Whipple setup. I used a custom tune from Shoemaker Performance. I have the 112mm and the 3.75 pulley. I used a CF Y intake from VMP.
I had to use an RTD custom tune because the Whipple Tomahawk was lost. Dealing with the people involved has not gotten anywhere, so I used...
Depending on what you will use your car for, with the Steeda setup, you cannot go wrong. I have a DH HP, and with my Steeda suspension setup, my Warhorse drives like a Lincoln and corners like a go-kart.
Planting the power out of a corner is important, and yes, the DH HP is very capable; it...
Few different things you can do. Are you satisfied with your audio? You can spend a few dollars there to improve the sound. Buying a new sub will greatly improve the sound.
When I had my GT350, I had Kooks LT headers and an E85 flex tune. (I had the device that would allow you to run E85 when filled up, or 93 if you ran the fuel down and filled up with it.
That said, I made 503 on 93, and I made 525 on the corn. It was a fun ride.
@Ken H. :For some of the vehicles, like the GT500, I think they may have cats from the factory that are designed for the SC. From my understanding, even the cats like on my Darkhorse can stand up to the boost of the SC, but it is not advised to do back to back to back pulls often. The tunes have...
Interesting. Their mods are nicely done. Not too much, and not too little. I like their setups.
Also, with some of the other things, using coil-over suspension setups, It's not shabby.
Congrats on your new ride! Enjoy it to the fullest. So since it's already there, I will amend my usual forum...
What group makes the spec R version? I know there are RTR, Saleen, Rouche, Hennessy, Steeda, and, of course, Shelby of America.
Not sure if I missed someone. The car looks great, though. The rims and red accents set it apart.
<------------------------Has no inspections.
The Whipple setup, regardless of who you get it from, has a Stage 1,2,3 and 4.
Stage 1 is the setup with the Whipple calibration (Ford approved), with the smaller Y-tube, 3.8 pulley, and the 92mm GT500 TB. You will have a warranty for this setup...
I have the Ford Performance SC system. It was stage 1, with the Whipple tune. I had zero issues. CAr drove stock until you smash the vertical pedal on the right.
I now have a stage 2 setup with a custom tune. The car still drives very well until the go pedal is pressed. Well now, it just goes...
