  1. Misleading HP

^ This. Heck, you can lose 22 HP by getting fuel at a different gas station!
  2. How many miles were on your car at delivery?

With all due respect, some of you have some serious issues. I mean ... seriously ... how old are you, 12? Not going to accept delivery on a vehicle because it has a dozen or two miles on it? Wow. Just. Wow.
  3. How many are regretting

Which is precisely one of the reasons dealerships exist.
  4. How many are regretting

If you haven't taken delivery, you haven't bought anything. Walk away if you don't like it. Problem solved.
  5. Ceramic Coat on the Dark Horse Install Complete!

Ceramic will stop some rock chips, but not like PPF. You means ea$$$$$$ily replaced.
  6. Lowest Temperature driving in stock Pirelli’s?

Pirelli's warranty does not cover tires that develop compound cracking due to use in ambient temperatures below 45° Fahrenheit (7° Celsius), so the P Zero System tires, like all summer tires, is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. Beyond the warranty...
  7. Limbo?

I already explained that to you in another post, including a link to my post from 2015 on another forum with a long explanation. Blend date still means the same thing it did ~9 years ago.
  8. Limbo?

My window sticker indicates 2/22/24, but the blend date on the same sticker was 3/4/24. The pizza tracker had 3/7/24 as the 'Built' date, and it was delivered to the dealership 5 days later (about an hour from FRAP).
  9. .

I would strongly suggest you pick up the Clore PL2320. It's a 20A charger that can run in 2/10/20A modes, is fully automatic, and even has a power supply mode that will indefinitely maintain system voltage while working on the vehicle (e.g., key on with engine not running). This is the...
  10. .

Always remove the NEGATIVE terminal first (and put it on last). If you remove the positive first, it can spark if there's a short somewhere. That spark can be an ignition source for flammable gases in the engine compartment.
  11. Ceramic Coat on the Dark Horse Install Complete!

While the cost for full ceramic will vary depending upon the product, it nearly doubles when you include the necessary decontamination and (minimum 1-step) paint correction process. Don't think a brand new car doesn't need correction - they all do. If you don't have this done, you'll end up...
  12. My Search Is Over

Not yet, @Upacurb. I want to get 1,000 miles and an oil change on her before I start pushing anything.
  13. .

I have a Mongoose Plus J2534 VIC that I bought to perform FDRS updates on my F150. I might bust it out, pay the $50 for a 2-day subscription and see if there are any outstanding module updates for my 12 day old Mustang. Now that I have an F150 and a Mustang, I can leverage that FDRS...
  14. Magnaride Question

The world is full of DBs ... gotta learn to ignore them.
  15. Steering Wheel Not Centered

An alignment starts by ensuring the steering wheel is centered, then you adjust the to spec. Specifically, you adjust the tie rods/toe in/out while ensuring the steering wheel is properly centered. Performing a wheel alignment while ignoring the steering wheel would be silly.
  16. Limbo?

I've ordered some, but I've also found exactly what I was looking for on the lot, too. Pre-COVID, custom retail orders were far more predictable. Six to eight weeks was the norm for most anything besides specialized or limited production vehicles. Then again, the older you get, the more you...
  17. Magnaride Question

Looks like they forgot to document that in the owner's manual.
  18. Magnaride Question

That's not what the owner's manual would appear to indicate:
  19. My Search Is Over

Congrats, @TSO! I had to give up manuals back in 2012 due to a car/pedestrian aggravated vehicular assault that cost me my left leg. But ... a Dark Horse with a 10R80 is better than being on the other side of the grass! :) Enjoy!
  20. Mustang Manual Available

Well, ya know, some folks are technologically challenged ... :cwl:
