  1. Boost Gauge or Display

Well, the 5.0 doesn't come boosted, so I'm not sure why you'd expect a simple boost gauge swapping in a non-boosted vehicle. Maybe I'm not understanding your question ... :)
  2. Factory Orders Odometer Reading

Mine had 5 miles on it when it came off the truck. I put another 6 or 7 on it test driving it. Had that plus a couple more on it when I took delivery, as they filled up the tank at the gas station just down the road.
  3. Factory Orders Odometer Reading

Did they fill up the tank before delivery? They have to drive SOMEWHERE to get gas. They don't put very much fuel in it at the assembly plant, and the dealerships dont' have their own gas pumps!
  4. Car value shock!!

Someone said 25% as soon as you drive it off the lot. Someone else said 20-25%. In never said there was not an immediate depreciation when you drive it off the lot. What I've said repeatedly is that it is not 25%.
  5. Car value shock!!

Wrong. I've bought new and traded back in 13 times now, several less than a year and most less than 2 years. How many have you bought and traded back in?
  6. Car value shock!!

Just another wild claim. You're pulling numbers out of your ear.
  7. Car value shock!!

While the dealership most certainly can choose to not participate in AZXD plan pricing program, my recollection is that it's all or nothing. They sign an agreement with Ford to participate. I could be wrong and will stand corrected, but I don't think AZXD plan participating dealerships can...
  8. Car value shock!!

Personally, I'm not aware of ANY specialty model of Mustang that was (in recent years) originally not eligible for AZ Plan pricing that became eligible later. Think GT350, GT500, Mach 1, etc.
  9. Car value shock!!

The advertisement gets you in to the showroom. When you get there and they drop the bomb and tell you you're not eligible for the "advertised" discount because you don't have one eye and aren't a member of the local Butcher & Baker's Union, well, that's the real story. Again, and for the last...
  10. Car value shock!!

AZ Plan pricing has very specific rules. The AZ Plan price with zero negotiation, of course, as well as very specific caps for certain other things (e.g., doc fees). If they choose to sell it NOT under the AZ Plan pricing: Sure, they can slash money off the MSRP, but they are now no longer...
  11. Car value shock!!

Zero details on the sites as to what, exactly, the requirements are for those discounts. Often, discounts listed are a bunch of smaller discounts, with each one requiring to you be eligible (e.g., military discount, college student discount, member of the local PTA discount, etc.). If they are...
  12. Car value shock!!

Neither do it, but then again, maybe they make boat loads of cash and don't care. Lots of folks can afford super expensive luxury and supercars that cost six and seven figures. When I called the dealership on mine, I told them flat out that, while I know the DH is not eligible for AZ Plan...
  13. Car value shock!!

One is only $1,500 off. It requires you to finance through the dealership itself for $500 of that. It also requires you to trade something in for the other $1000, which means they will low ball your trade in, then pad it - not any actual savings. Not sure what the discount is for on the...
  14. Car value shock!!

    Where? Show me some listings.
  15. Car value shock!!

Show me 25% drop with 200 miles on a 2024 GT. I'll wait here.
  16. First OTA software update

FYI: Not every OTA will update Sync version info.
  17. Car value shock!!

Math. If your claim was true, my "used" Dark Horse with 210 miles on it would only be worth ~$51K right now. Have you looked at prices for a used DH with only 200-some miles on it lately? $65-66-67K.
  18. First OTA software update

I did reach out to my contact. He told me HE can't see the delivery method, but what he did remind me was that EVERY single OTA for the F150 since 2021 has ONLY been delivered via OTA/TCU with the exception of one, and that's because that one was needed to FIX the TCU/OTA delivery process that...
  19. 4/6 months Mustang at the dealership workshop facing issues

Sorry, typos. "Simply ask the dealership to contact Ford and begin a lemon law buyback." Literally tell them you want them to contact Ford and request that the start the lemon law buyback process. You don't HAVE to use an attorney to sue them to do this if they are willing. Again, my...
