  1. Car value shock!!

Please detail these "rich incentives' that "residents of MI" get from the automobile manufacturers.
  2. Love the car, but I have 2 big disappointments

I don't see this on mine. I'm not saying someone else didn't remove it (e.g., during PDI or vehicle prep), but when I installed my screen protector last night, I saw no evidence of a second plastic film or overlay (above and beyond the first one that has words on it).
  3. Anyone use Top Coat F-11 Pro Polish and Sealer ?

I specifically asked the installer about "graphene". You know what he told me? When it comes to thin automotive coatings, "graphene" is a marketing term, just like "military grade". I found this: Graphene is real, but graphene in thin film hand applied coatings is 100% a marketing term. Long...
  4. A Couple Cruise Control Questions

You can set a tolerance for that, too. Haven't checked the DH yet, but in my F150, I think it's plus or minus 9 MPH.
  5. A Couple Cruise Control Questions

The gas pedal always overrides the cruise control. Not sure I would even attempt to merge into traffic while relying on cruise control. Merging means you adjust your speed to match traffic.
  6. Limbo?

They are in Venice in Islandwalk @ West Villages. A very similar house about 10 houses down the street from them just went up for sale. It was built/bought in 2014 for $340,700. It's listed for just under $700,000 (102.5% increase) today. Not going down anytime soon in THAT area...
  7. Anyone use Top Coat F-11 Pro Polish and Sealer ?

Of course not. But 95% or 98% correction is far better than 0% correction before applying a ceramic coat that locks those imperfections and damage in for many, many years. 2-3 years might be it for cheaper ceramic coatings. IGL Kenzo is warrantied for 5 years if applied by a certified...
  8. Limbo?

You're doing it right: Focus on the house and family. Far more important than a car. There's no need to gum up a mortgage due to a want and not a need. You can always buy a Mustang later ... ;)
  9. Limbo?

My daughter, SIL, and my granddaughter live in AZ. They were in Maricopa (city), but moved across the state to Eagar to get away from the craziness. Suffice it to say, there is a lot of realignment happening across this country, and there's an influx of people moving to places where American...
  10. Limbo?

My parents retired down there in 2000. Been going down once or twice a year since then. They have built a few homes while down there. Their current home, built about 8-9 years ago, has more than DOUBLED in price with no end in sight. MY wife wants to retire down there, but where they live...
  11. Limbo?

I highly doubt that will be happening anytime soon, @samson. Beyond that, it's not so much the cost of homes (OK, that's nuts), but the insurance costs are sky high ... and that's IF you can find a carrier to insure you!
  12. Michigan 2024 mustang gt carbonized grey wheels $1600

Imma go out on a limb and say Farmington Hills ... :like: About a 303 mile drive for ya.
  13. Limbo?

Yea? I missed your pizza tracker update. Congrats!
  14. Car value shock!!

Kind sir, you have overlooked the fact that today is whiny millennial (insert_day_of_they_week_here). They need something to complain about.
  15. Love the car, but I have 2 big disappointments

Not yet. Just picked up the DH 12 days ago. It's still winter here in Michigan, so I've only had it out twice. I'll have the ceramic and tint done soon, then when the weather warms up, I'll have both out for pics for sure.
  16. Weird engine pulsation that’s getting louder

Condensation from A/C most likely. He lives in Florida.
  17. Ordered March 11

I couldn't find a DH or a GT PP optioned out with what I wanted. Every dealer order seemed to cheap out and not get ALL the good stuff on the GT, and DH were not to be found. That's why I finally ordered, but never gave up. If I found the EXACT car I wanted but the wheels were different, I...
  18. Love the car, but I have 2 big disappointments

@Upacurb, I have a '21 F150 Platinum SuperCrew (dash the same as in your pic) and a '24 Mustang Dark Horse. I think the gauge layouts are vehicle appropriate. Personally, I would not like my DH dash in my F150, nor would I like my F150 dash in my DH. Just my humble $0.02. P.S. - Da Bears...
  19. Ordered March 11

I placed my order on 15 FEB 2024, then immediately started searching daily for available units. I actually ordered a fully loaded GT PP even though I was on the fence between it and a DH. Eleven days later (26 FEB), I found a DH Premium that was in production (a dealer order - not a...
  20. Love the car, but I have 2 big disappointments

I just installed this yesterday. AFAIC, it looks great, even in a Premium with connected screens. I already posted about it in another thread, no sense in duplicating: broken screen | Mustang7G - 2024+ S650 Mustang Forum (Dark Horse, GT, EcoBoost, GT500, GT350, Mach 1)
