I'm sure they will eventually support it officially and adding/removing things like that won't be long after that.
Honestly, I doubt pressing the "button" will do a thing and probably won't throw an error. Try it yourself.
Mine is still in the box, but then again, the ceramic coat had to sit for a week or so to cure before I could even wash it.
FYI: I ship a ton of stuff via USPS, and I don't think the cover and bag will fit in a Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box (that's their biggest flat rate box).
Sorry things did not work out. I found my DH when it was on the assembly line last month. Put a deposit on it that day. It was produced ~10 days later. Took delivery ~7 days later. It pays to do more than just put down a deposit and wait.
Nice Ranchero.
Be sure to reset the BMS (battery management system)
I have not tried this in the DH yet, but in my 2021 F150:
Ignition ON, Engine OFF
Headlights on
Note the solid battery icon in the speedo display
Flash the high beams five times in a row
Press and release the brake pedal 3 times
Wait...
This vehicle is not yet officially supported by FORScan. It takes time with new models. I would be wary of finding any workaround, even if you (attempt to) back up your As-Built values.
Did you try the search function? These things have been discussed.
FYI: There is no such thing as a 2024.00 or 2024.50 Mustang. They are all 2024. Job 1 vs Job 2 doesn't change the model year designation.
@MJS54 - I loved my C7 Z06, but I also loved all my Mustangs. Not a big fan of the C8 to be honest - even the Z06 @ its astronomical pricing. My last Mustang was an S197 and I skipped the S550 (on purpose). The DH just hit the right spot at the right time.
Hopefully, it gets to you sooner...
Yes, I'm replying to myself.
Over this past weekend, I spent half the day using FDRS to update *all* the outstanding firmware updates on my F150 (and the BCM and PCM on my Mustang).
There were a bunch outstanding for the truck, including the IPMA and a bunch of other modules that control...
How often you should change your oil is based on a variety of factors, including things such as miles driven, running engine hours, operating conditions, driving habits, and type of oil used.
The absolute best way to determine how often to change your oil is to have your oil analyzed after each...
All the big insurance companies do this. My previous insurer did. My current insurer (just changed) offers it. I know every one I contacted when getting quotes (another 3) offers it, but I explicitly stated, "I want my quote to NOT include that", and they obliged without issue.
So is every...
I did all the work finding a dealer ordered DH when it was literally rolling down the assembly line @ FRAP. Took delivery 5 days later. I've detailed my very short adventure several times on these forums.
For the record, I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk to you, but I think your...
