They can only deny SPECIFIC warranty claims if the modification you made can be DIRECTLY attributable to the warrantied item. They can't deny a warranty claim on defective brake pads if you put different air filters in your vehicle.
It may be a rip off, but many dealerships charge a MINIMUM of 1 hour for any repair. They aren't going to spend a bunch of time bringing your vehicle into the service bay and only charge you for the 6 minutes it takes to install them.

Log your odometer and gallons added each fill up and do the math. THAT is your actual mileage, no matter what some silly "DTE" number is reading.
According to the Florida Dept of Revenue, sales tax is due on any vehicle purchased out of state and registered in FL. If you pay any sales tax where you buy it, you're only required to pay the difference between what you paid out of state and the 6% Florida sales & use tax.

It is higher than the doc fee allowed by AZ plan, but exactly how much higher I'm not sure. I'm an AZ Plan buyer. Asked the salesman about my AZ Plan vs the current promo just yesterday -- he said stick with normal AZ Plan because the doc fee is lower due to the limit.

All of their incentive programs have that verbiage. They can't just leave it open ended for months or years, as they can't predict what the market is going to do.
Raising the price of an automobile is not illegal. If you're referring to "price gouging", that would take a WHOLE lot higher price to even come close to that AND it would have to be items like basic necessities ... not a sports car ... during extreme external situations like a natural disaster.
