  1. Ford to offer employee pricing (below invoice) to all US customers April 3 through June 2 - "From America to America"

First, Ford Motor Company (the manufacturer) and Ford Credit are not one in the same. Next, why would you bother going through Ford Credit? I've bought well over a dozen cars/trucks in the last ~20 years and always go through my credit union. Navy Federal is at 4.09% right now while Ford...
  2. Ford to offer employee pricing (below invoice) to all US customers April 3 through June 2 - "From America to America"

So you think a dealership will choose to make nothing by not selling a vehicle vs normal AZ Plan sale profit (mostly delear holdback) plus the additional 5% incentive (profit) on one sold under this program? You're not much of a business person, are you?
  3. Ford to offer employee pricing (below invoice) to all US customers April 3 through June 2 - "From America to America"

We produce the HVAC for 70% of all North American market Ford/Lincoln SUVs, light trucks (F150 to F450) and Mustang. We literally only have two components that go into all the HVACs for all these vehicles that comes from overseas and a small percentage of components that come from Mexico. The...
  4. Estimated model year for refresh?

I can only share what I've heard. As we all know, these things can change on a dime. Ford extended the next gen F150 and Super Duty twice since we started producing for the current generation platforms (P702 and P708).
  5. Estimated model year for refresh?

Because the conversations involved anticipated refresh, not next generation. You're welcome to ignore anything I say. What do I know ... all we did/do was built part of your Mustang.
  6. Road Trip Kit - What would you bring on a 1000 mile (each way) road trip

You prepping for a road trip or planning a kidnapping? Exactly! Maybe some 55 gallon trash bags.
  7. HELP! Mustang still pulling to the right even after alignment at the dealer!

Not if they are directional tires. If you go side to side with directional tires, you have to flip the tires on the wheels.
  8. Estimated model year for refresh?

I literally just told you that Ford is currently saying 2029. But, hey, what do they know?
  9. What Mode do you prefer to drive in?

    I prefer "Drive"
  10. Road Trip Kit - What would you bring on a 1000 mile (each way) road trip

A full tank of gas. Half a pack of cigarettes Sunglasses Hit it. (Many of you are probably too young to understand) Seriously ... cash, credit cards, and a cell phone.
  11. Kemal Curic is back on the mustang design team

Funny. S550 was the first modern design I hated. Ford Fusion anyone?
  12. Front nside tire wear

Too much wear on the inside = too much negative camber. Negative camber good for the track, but not normal daily driving.
  13. Jacking Rail options for Dark Horse

Absolutely. The jacking rails aren't just for the jack.
  14. Estimated model year for refresh?

My company produces a major sub-assembly for ~70% of all North American market Ford and Lincoln SUVs, light trucks (F150 and SD), and the S650. The only comms ATM regarding S650 refresh is targeting 2029.
  15. Fuel Gauge

I definitely do that with my F150 and its 36 gallon tank.
  16. Jacking Rail options for Dark Horse

Do you have the equivalent of Harbor Freight up there? These go on sale/coupon down here for close to half off all the time: 3 Ton Heavy Duty Ratcheting Jack Stands, Green They are actually VERY sturdy. And I put these pads on them to keep them from scratching the paint off the jacking...
  17. Fuel Gauge

For a variety of reasons. you should not let your tank get that low before filling up. Worst case, I refill at 1/4 tank.
