Well that's difficult because you are asking about two different cars. The base car is the 300A with an upgrade to the 301A You then step up to the Premium car which is the 400A. You then steppe to the 401A to get all the goodies. So the real question is which car do you want? Once you...

It looks fine but they drill into your bumper to attach it. There are better options that do not harm your bumper.

A Mustang hybrid, yes. A V8 hybrid unlikely. The car would still need the the V8 to drive the rear wheels. That would require the hybrid motors (1 or 2) to be up front. The weight balance would be totally off. Now you could use a transaxle like the GTD but then the cost would be prohibitive...
