Please correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t the side bolsters made of pleather, not leather. I thought only the actual seating surfaces are leather. Also isn’t automotive leather coated and sealed? So conditioners really do not penetrate the material.

Sync 4 is an upgrade to Sync 3 which came out in 2016. Sync 2 was certainly problematic but Sync 3 has been fairly stable over the years. The software base for Sync3/4 is the same.

They stopped using Microsoft in 2016 when they went from Sync 2 to Sync 3.

Same here. Have The Hartford/AARP. Rate for the upcoming year for two cars was up 20%. Called them and got the same type of excuses. Bodily injury went up the most. Comp and collision also up even though the cars are a year older. I’ll be shopping too.

Check your car for the oil life figure. That's where FordPass gets it from. Also make sure you have the latest version of FordPass just issued the other day. A few fixes in it.
