Absolutely. But you have to show their product was the cause of the problem. That might prove to be a challenge.

I do find that comment from Whipple very interesting. Costco is Top Tier and when tested, shown to be at its rated octane. I’ve used it for years and never had an issue.

Any gas station of any brand, at any time, can get a batch of bad fuel. Even Chevron. Even a Top Tier brand. It appears that happened to you. There’s no reason to be careful. By the way did you go back to Costco to discuss with them?
