Except for the fact this car is not street legal. It’s this part that prevents the RTR’s, Roush’s, and Shelby’s of the world from building the car your all wanting.
Are you saying that just because OP wants to drive his car in the cold, and will need all seasons, he should not buy a Dark Horse. I hope not because that's just nuts. There are folks on this forum who drive their Shelby's with all seasons. It's a Mustang and will do just fine in less than ideal...
