I'm wondering if anyone here actually works/worked for a Fortune 500 company and has dealt directly with the CEO. I have and know for a fact that this behavior is SOP. It doesn't really matter what they say. Someone will take it out of context, twist it and manipulate it to fit a narrative. The...
In the world of American high performance machines, of course, they are competitors. But anyone who has been able to get a GTD most likely would have a garage space for a ZR1/x if they wanted one. And why not, they are both awesome cars.
All great cars. I guess it all boils down to what a buyer is looking for. Honestly at that price range you are most likely looking at a multi car owners who may already have some of these. But then again is there really anything better than an American V8?
I watched this yesterday And thought it was pretty good. My key takeaway was that the car in person looked much better than in any of the pictures. Especially the front end.
Saw this in the metal last week when my car was in for service. Honesty, it was beautiful.

Wow, Am I hitting a nerve here? By the way this isnāt personal therefore Iām not offended. Maybe a little disappointed, but hardly offended. That said, youāre right about a break. Not from the internet nor this forum. But this thread has certainly run its course.
Hardly a fair comparison. A highly limited $500K supercar vs. a $100K production vehicle. Besides other than the size of the block do you really think they put a 24 hour race ready engine in a street car?
Agreed. This happens for every new Mustang model. I mentioned this at the very beginning of this thread. Expectations. Many have set theirs way too high. And when they don't get what they hoped for they're disappointed. Totally understood.
But that fervor lessens over time. The 1st gen S550...
Oh I agree. But it is the tone of the upset and disappointment that bothers me. It's as if Ford really doesn't give a shit and no one there cares about us poor enthusiasts. Do we really need to denigrate the hundreds of hard workers that design and build our cars to express an opinion or make a...
Because Mustang Bespoke would be a separate company. Each car would need to hand built so I'm sure they would be able to bypass most federal regulation for the big boys. If not they would just add the cost to the owners bill.
You do realize that 'right" will mean many different things to many different people. There is no way on God's green earth to appease everyone. Unless you get into the bespoke car business.
