  1. Greeting, Pony, remote features disabled

hoping but did not test / verify the alarm doesn’t go away as well. Doesn’t seem to be charge state since greeting didn’t reactivate once the battery reached 100% and went into maintenance mode. The battery may have but the car did not. I think the first time we got the remote features...
  2. Greeting, Pony, remote features disabled

Understood. Although not sure. Was built on 8/16/23. Received the remote features disabled after a 600+ mile drive. In fact received the message twice during that trip (both the following morning after a morning greeting). I’ve charged the batt at least twice now so yeah most likely a bum...
  3. Greeting, Pony, remote features disabled

More like a continuation with a notice of behavior as a result. we’ve received the ā€˜remote features’ disabled message a couple of times (and admit have yet to visit the dealer - summer only tires and what not blah blah). since the greeting and the pony projection aren’t really ā€˜remote’...
  4. Greeting, Pony, remote features disabled

^ as in: once you receive the remote features disabled message in fordpass and you bring the battery back up to full charge but have not started / driven the car the greeting and pony projection remain non operational until start / drive?
  5. Greeting, Pony, remote features disabled

Out of curiosity is it correct that the ā€˜greeting’ and ā€˜pony projection’ function seem to be ā€˜remote function deactivated’ related?
  6. Start/Stop

Which was meant by the reselect the radio station I left it on remark. seems we have the ability but the ā€˜convenience’ factor has some sort of regulatory requirement.
  7. Start/Stop

sport mode is reported to default with the feature disabled.
  8. Start/Stop

Interestingly enough the ā€˜option’ exists and can be considered a default as long as the setting is made. Just a tad inconvenient having to reselect the radio station I left it on each time.
  9. Start/Stop

The complexity of the system is dwarfed by the efforts expended on clean fuels? I’ve only heard politicians declare emissions are a human rights issue so if you’d like to discuss control we can. Otherwise let’s proceed with the need for an option.
  10. Start/Stop

No[t] really. Been around since it was found but I digress. just weird we have to deactivate a function that is intended to disrupt the function of the initial action. Start then stop the stop of stopping the start?
  11. Start/Stop

Simply asked for an option and this is the response?
  12. Start/Stop

Then why the on/off switch to start with? So we’re ’lucky’ they are permitting us the ability of override their control. Wow you said a lot with those statements.
  13. Start/Stop

ā€˜a user selectable default setting should be an option’
  14. Anyone have a better solution for front license plate - no drilling?

By chance do they pull you over from the rear?
  15. Check engine light on my 2.3L

If the message is accurate (not saying it ain’t) cars are artificially getting intelligent. The car seems to be saying an electric wire / circuit is either unplugged or melted / broken and it even lets the tech know which line. Dang. Smart it is. šŸ˜€ btw: good luck.
  16. 2024 GT premium not starting

While, as others have said, most likely battery. Granted one should not need but has anyone tried a reboot when they experience this type of issue? Since it seems to have enough power to start i’m wondering if rebooting (and or disconnecting the neg line from the batt for 30 seconds) helps...
  17. Start/Stop

Instead of requiring us to acknowledge we are not the driver each time motion is detected a user selectable default setting should be an option. Oh wait not talking about ā€˜mobile’ phone talking about an ā€˜engine’ which by its very name is intended to do what?
  18. Am I too picky? ….so many flaws on new $70k cars!

But why you buying it it if it ain’t what you want? Granted it could be better but until we get a sucker for a manufacturer that ain’t gonna happen.
