    Not so much bad eyesight as fine motor control. Trying to tap that dag gone special spot while enjoying the scenery can be distracting.

    Regarding driver control. You can’t use a screen without looking at it. You can’t see the road without looking at it. Unless the passenger is performing the control the driver now needs to take both his eyes off of the road and his hand off of the wheel to hopefully ‘touch’ the correct spot.

    Touchscreen in a vehicle is like target practice from (you are on the train and your bogey is on horseback) an old steam train, for the driver. Are buttons on the steering wheel so one doesn’t need to take their eyes off of the road and can control simply by touch and feel feedback, not so...

    Why did they put buttons on the steering wheel if touch screen is so good? Wouldn’t be as bad if the screen was able to provide tactile feedback without visual involvement (ie braille).

    Was the ‘66 perfect then or now? Granted major changes since both in the car and the ability to commensurate. Which may possibly help perfect the current. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, ain’t no point in greasing her until she squeaks.

    Don’t use them services but what about Apple Pay, venmo and some of the others? but huge big giant red flag when ‘they’ say ‘their’ bank won’t

    More along the lines of how good are the struts for ? edit: translation of slaughtered english. How long will the struts last? Should we expect a sag or degrade after a period of time? Would an assist prop be recommended or just frigging close the hood and don’t worry about it?

    Dynos are a finicky tool. Good tool for detecting degree of variance but not good (ie perfect) for comparing a to b.

    I once had a fuel filler tube rust though so there’s that.. you know exposure to the elements and structural member and what not but otherwise maybe aero will keep it dry if it was just a bit more finished 
.
