Because the electronics are very different, and technology has advanced considerably since 2015. As mentioned above, they are worried about security and liability. I agree that this is the new norm moving forward. I also agree the factory tune is significantly better than previous gen coyotes.

There are 2 other 60th anniversary cars in Phoenix selling in the upper 60s. Which is also too high, but at least it's msrp. A 10k mark-up is a really bad look. Especially when sales are down and your the only dealer doing it.
Interior motion sensor. It's so you can lock the car with the windows down and keep someone from reaching in to grab something. Been a feature since 2015.
I'm sure it can be switched off in the security menu. If not, just don't lock your car with the fob from inside.
