  1. Ford secure ending

    What is Ford Secure?
  2. Flex fuel tune check engine

Things have changed a lot. For S650s, tuning is relatively new. If you are interested in a real flex tune that will correctly gauge ethanol content and adjust fuel trims on the fly (aren't we all?) I would do your own research very carefully and look for one that does not have owners reporting...
  3. Track Alignment / Camber Arms

It looks like Ford recommends 1.5° on the non-performance pack and performance pack models both with and without MagneRide for rear camber, plus or minus 0.75°, unless you have the Dark Horse with the handling package, in which case with those massive Pirelli Trofeo RS tires they recommend only...
  4. Track Alignment / Camber Arms

Well, it was not an issue because the read camber could not be changed without bending the axle housing, 😀 What front camber setting did you decide upon?
  5. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Nice Crocs! So, judging by the appearance of the seat, this is a track car? What kind of seat is that?
  6. Track Alignment / Camber Arms

It is not a stupid question at all. I can't answer you, though. I did not adjust anything. I just hit the send button, and away I went, stock camber and all.
  7. 2024 Dark Horse Handling Package - Tire Change

    What did you decide?
  8. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

Is it toward me and my water spots on my otherwise beautiful blue ember metallic paint?
  9. So at what speed do you finally get traction?

Just an update. Now that it is October, it is very difficult to get my tires to hook up at all. 10 minutes of driving barely budges the tire pressure. Switch to Drag Mode. Roll into the throttle being careful not to spin, keep pushing the accelerator down, down, but because the pedal was...
  10. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

I like clean cars, but it seems mine are never clean. I have a hard time keeping them so. Every time I wash them, God schedules rain immediately. In addition, it is hot and sunny, and I live on a well, so I frequently have a hard time with not leaving water spots on the car. :whew:
  11. Faster GTD prototype testing at the 'ring

Ok, without stretching, what is the most awesome American car ever made?
  12. Mustang GTD at Motorsport Park Hastings

I did not read carefully and thought for a moment there that you HAD a GTD out for an HPDE day . . . Michelin Cup 2R tires, 140 treadwear. That, and the Trofeo RS on the Dark Horse, 180 treadwear. Ford is not afraid to stick some aggressive, sticky track focused tires on its cars.
  13. Faster GTD prototype testing at the 'ring

1:58.77 (Ford GT Mk IV, Ben Sloss, 2025) This was more than 12 seconds less than the previous record set in 2024, a huge gap on a track of that length.
  14. I don't get the Dark Horse vs GT

Excellent list. Plus an 82 foot 60-0 stopping distance.
  15. Faster GTD prototype testing at the 'ring

They slapped an extra pair of mufflers on the car, probably due to noise regulations in Germany. See them sticking out of the back?
  16. Whipple Calibration On Hold

For those who would rather read the article. https://www.autoevolution.com/news/ford-performance-recalls-mustang-s650-whipple-supercharger-kits-over-safety-concern-259576.html
  17. Whipple Calibration On Hold

That is . . . um . . . interesting? Buy a blower and drive slowly. Maybe they could update the tuning to not let the accelerator open more than a fifth of the way open or something . . .
  18. Dark Horse Chassis number

    Beautiful cars
