 a basic x or h (that isn’t leaking) will not ‘change’ the ‘emissions’ in a significant manner so that it will fail emission sniff testing but however it is a ‘modification’ to the as delivered emission equipment, thereby potentially voiding the ‘factory’ emissions’...

    Yes, no, maybe so, probably not. yes it voids the replaced part and potentially ‘any’ of it’s connecting parts no it won’t void the seat and paint and electronics, etc., or otherwise unrelated parts. it really depends on how much of a butt and how knowledgeable the tech/writer is basic well...
