  1. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

Mine does it in normal mode. Just not as loud. I agree if he's doesnt like that characteristic of the exhaust, he will likely not enjoy that x-pipe.
  2. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

You are hearing normal exhaust noise on the S650. Mine does it normal mode. Most people like this aspect of the exhaust. If you were hearing the clunk it would be more mechanical and you can feel it in the drive line. Dont go down the rabbit hole looking for things that aren't wrong with your...
  3. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

You can also verify by putting it in quiet mode. The pops and burbles will go away.
  4. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

Which begs the question - why spam the 7g forum with topics then?
  5. So this just happened ☹️

Spray on ceramic does look good. Problem is they arent true ceramics dont last.
  6. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

You really are in the wrong forum my guy. I dont get why you keep posting in the 7g forum with these takes.
  7. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

No the "kiddos" aren't. Its mostly old guys pushing back against technology. And wanting physical controls is not the same as eliminating screens all together and going back to the 90s.
  8. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

The S95 interior was a cheap plastic rattle box.
  9. Which of these would you sooner rock (70 vs 03 Mach 1)

Meh. This car was built way before me, and its quite enjoyable.
  10. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

They are bad ass cars for sure. What I meant by the statement is that most boomers are into classics. Obviously there are exceptions. 👍🏻
  11. Maybe the tripod should be banned

As if you never had a street race in your life. Get over it. Theres way worse shit to worry about in the world right now.
  12. All the Termi's are pretty much gone

The '03-'04 SVT Cobras have been in high demand for years. They’re one of only a few modern pre S550 mustangs that were legit performers. Forged internals, supercharged, manual only, and the first Mustang to have IRS. That was a big deal in the early 2000s. If you didn't get one in the 2010s you...
  13. Why aren't you changing your own oil?

Ive seen it. Again, I not saying you shouldn't do it. Im sayin on most modern engines its not doable and just isnt a big deal with modern synthetics. The coyote isnt comparable to a marine engine. Have you ever changed the filter on your own S650?
  14. Why aren't you changing your own oil?

Exactly. This is something ive brought a few up but seems to get ignored. The angle you need to hold the filter to re-attach on the S650 makes pre-filling the filter almost impossible with out spilling. I asked my moble to tech to do it and he showed me how hard it is, especially if the car...
  15. Why aren't you changing your own oil?

100% Its not that im against pre-filling a filter. I do it on my classic. I just think making a big deal about it on a modern engine like a coyote is nitpicking. Unlike older cars, the amount of oil and the start-up psi in modern engines isnt going to cause oil starvation. Not to mention modern...
  16. Picked up a 60th Anniversary Edition over the weekend.

Beautiful car. The 20s looks really nice. 😎
  17. Which of these would you sooner rock (70 vs 03 Mach 1)

Depends if the motor is built or stock. I know lots guys with stroker motors in their classics that are far from run of the mill. And you will probably hate this, but coyote swapping is all the rage right now.
  18. S650 Darkhorse and the Limited Edition 60th Anniversary value comparison

Well, in fairness there were only 1964 50th LE anniversary cars produced.
