Didn’t they already do that with the updated sync modes? As in it is said you can set it as a configuration in a custom mode although it seems it reactivates at startup via software (defaults to the default mode) but no real reason why they couldn’t especially since no enforceable penalty

^ which is the assumption. Oddly creature comfort is sufficient justification for automatic disablement of the stoppage. As in if the interior climate requires, the external climate consideration is ignored. As in temp comfort takes priority over global need. Weird.
Q1 depends upon the desired outcome from q2. Q2 would most easily be understood as the difference noticed when adding the performance pack, which then sends us back to q1.
