Received today. I just opened one and the quality looks good. It slides over the existing tip but is tight. You might need to pull the opening apart a little to get these on. Perhaps thats what an earlier poster was referring too when he said they were too small.

How so? Have you read the above posts? Not only is 70% almost clear, but its legal in most states and gives the benefit of heat and UV reduction.

Some states let you do a 70% (which is nearly clear) to block heat and UV. Arizona is one.
