Yeah, I guess its kinda like here in the UK............the take rate was 80/20 in favour of the GT, so in the end it wasn't worth UK dealers stocking any Ecoboosts, so as of the '21MY it was dropped completely. V8s only now in the UK

As we wait for news...... Unusual to hear a dealer talk about the '23, but this one does. Not a lot of info that we haven't already heard (hybrid for example) but he does say his source claim the only interchangeable parts will be the roof and rear screen. S650 talk from about 3 mins to 6 mins.

For all we know he did………but the spy photographers were looking the wrong way 😁

I know, I know.......I should (and DID) know better, but I so wanted to see it for Christmas. I should really learn to be patient, but it just feels (because it has been!) years waiting to see that first glimpse of S650 :tumbleweed: I'll be positive......we'll definitely see it next year :crackup:

One of the Flat Rock crew replied to the post on M6G, as this one was actually photographed on the production line. As it was a pre-production build, they just pull parts that are to hand. In this case, the mirrors just happened to be export spec.

And side mirrors.......and foglight in the reversing light. That's 'cos it's a Euro spec (or Australian). Looks to be RHD if it was driving when the side profile photo was taken :) Honestly, this is my ultimate S550. Perfect colour, perfect spec!

That does look good in the sun! I'm a sucker for Grabber Blue though.......and Mach 1s. As it looks like S650 spyshots will be alluding us for Christmas, I'm going to lust after this Grabber Blue Metallic Mach 1 instead! :)

Mind you, that one's so filthy dirty they may have thought it was grey to start with! Oh, and I don't mind if Santa is late bringing the S650 spyshots............I guess technically they'll still count as a Christmas present if we see them by the 31st. :clutchingatstraws:

If you read Jem's description......yes, S650 will have the larger grille. Given every new Ford has this now (Fiesta/Focus/Evos etc) this shouldn't come as a surprise. The Jaguar F-Type and Aston Martin DBS show that a large grille can look good on a sports car.

I think @amk91 has indicated Job 1/Start of Production will be January 2023. '22MY start of production is January 3rd 2022 '21MY start of production was the first week of January 2021........although this was as a result of the '20MY being extremely long (Oct 2019-Dec 2020) due to the Covid...
