I get that companies want to advertise new products; everyone wants to make money. But why advertise a “complete kit” knowing it can’t be tuned? Is the aftermarket industry so hungry for business they’ll just throw stuff on the market knowing the product is incomplete? Does Hellion have some...
I want to re-iterate the quality and fit of the DIYVan kit. I installed the kit last week; it's outstanding.
Yes, I know, "why should we have to pay..." I understand. But if you already own the car and you're browsing this thread, just buy and install the DIYVan kit.
I quadruple checked and no strakes in my DH anywhere. I was under the impression only handling pack cars got them so I wouldn’t even know what to tell my dealer, other than, “where strakes?”
Edit: all of you were correct, they do come with all versions of the DH. Mine were “accidentally” taken...

Since the Ford ECU is locked, no company can tune it. The only exception is Whipple superchargers. Ford has given them exclusive rights for tuning the stock ECU.
Until Ford unlocks their ECU, you likely won't see anyone running anything except Whipple Superchargers for a while.
I am interested to give your filters a try. I am still running factory paper filters. I don't see any real downside to trying yours, once you make them available.
I can understand the convenience of LEDs under the hood. Not my preference but I can see the appeal. I don’t have a suggestion for the strip but I have a craftsman flashlight that is magnetic and also has a hook. Magnetic for keeping it from rolling off non-flat surfaces and the hook for...
