The
A point of correction.
The software update _AND_ the sync 4 bug which sometimes resets them both do this. The reset includes
- resets gauge colors to default
- turns off ambient lighting.
- sets the āAlarmā to prompt on exit
you could probably workaround the gauge color issue by making...
Yeah, Ford tried to get out in front of what they thought was the direction things were going. I donāt blame them as such, but they bet wrong. They went the complete opposite direction the country was going.
I have a buddy who gave up his Raptor during the C*vid stupidity, picked up a power...
I see your point. Iām saying; or attempting it anyway, that any money they make on that Mustang āsaleā is offset by the EV sale loss. And then some. The amortization of EV sales is probably across the board, but definitely most represented on āwantā vehicles, like the Mustang, Ford...
Awesome. This mimics a problem I had in 2017...
When my ā17 Raptor was relatively new- 2, maybe 3 months old, I had a similar occurrence on Sync version 2.2. Black screen, no audio, nada. Tried the ubiquitous sync reset, power off / on, no joy. Drove home and was going to disconnect the...
Street traction is a whole different level of challenge as itās often rutted, rippled, uneven, and not optimally composed. If you want traction on the street, you need a disciplined right foot. N/A or supercharged.
Please, reread my post. I know exactly what the causes are/were and I suspect many here do. Youāre ignoring or not seeing the overall point.
Which is, to clarify, you posted a hyperbolic statement about the EcoBoost platform and have not backed it up with factual data. The anecdotal data you...
I do follow him, and itās not the hyperbole youāre making it out to be.
How many ecoboosts are on the road now? Itās a lot.
since you asked about Ford techs and completely ignored my request for actual data...
Cite to evidence? Source data, not 2nd hand internet stories. Anyone can play that game, show some actual proof.
Youāre correct that Ford does need to put its attention to QA and QC first.
yes, definitely a vanity project and itās about as much of a Mustang as a NASCAR race car. Itās nice...
No, itās not that. Even with launch control, you need a bunch of practice to land a launch that will bring you close to the A10.
Track Attack has you manually shifting the Auto, so you do have to mind your shifts, itās just easier to do.
I would STRONGLY encourage you to run the 2 day...
Any influx of relatively untrained drivers, not accustomed to the North American rules of the road are going to gum up the works. DC, MD, VA represent really well in this category.
Well, SHYEAH! Because all NC drivers harbor deep seated beliefs that theyāre actually Dale Earnhardt. Iāve...
Thereās some wisdom here. The T/C on this car can be very subtle as I found out at track attack. I was losing drive out of one of the corners in the rain in slippery mode. I missed it 2 laps in a row but the 3rd lap I just floored it and then I could feel t/c cutting the power and I was...
Iām with you, I prefer to have control over the A/C, mainly because itās cold AF. It can be disabled, but Iāve just set the temperature to 75-77 so that when it kicks on, itās not freezing me out.
IDK where youāre at, but that would be great for you to do. And, itās way less expensive than losing your license, or a huge traffic ticket or tickets. Youāll learn a lot about being a better driver.
Revenuers love nothing more than to make an example of teen drivers and youāll be paying...
