i know how it feels to wait what seems like forever for your order. i waited about 9 months when i ordered my Mach 1, and waited another 6 for my Dark Horse. once you have a build date, the worst part is over and it only gets faster from there
markups are not exclusive to Ford. Toyota dealers mark up the Z4 Supra, Porsche dealers mark up the Dakar, i'm sure Acura dealers mark up the Integra, and so on
a 19X11 with +24mm might poke a bit, i have 19X12 with +46mm and have about an inch of poke
edit: looks like you would have more poke than me, which could have some serious clearance issues with the rear fenders
i hope this doesn't start another generation of complaining about the coyote tick. here is what Ford themselves said about the noise for 2011-2023 F150s and Mustangs with the coyote.

their support number is also an Idaho one, where they are supposedly located in Ohio.
this is supposedly their facility, off some random country road in north-east Ohio
i did some quick digging on these guys and i would say avoid them at all costs.
the top reviews are all 1 stars, plus their FAQ is pretty unprofessional
they also seem to have a double H pipe that looks an alarming amount like Corsa's, which AFAIK Corsa has an exclusivity deal with...
yeah, if that wrench light comes up again, just press the cruise control button while still and see if the message "Adaptive Cruise Control Not Available" comes up
yep, your speedometer and tachometer needle trail reacts to how fast it moves and it's really cool. it also did that on the S550, but it was not nearly as smooth
