I did the first road trip in mine when it was at 600kms I refuelled twice with 98 (93US) and once with 95 (91US). Driving reasonably gently consumption was the same at 10.7 L/100km (22mpgUS)
I haven't noticed any difference since then, apart from saving 20-30 cents per litre.
But I still use...
Love the colour, nothing else.
If I get another Mustang, I want that or Vapour Blue. Can't have two in a row of the same colour. That don't impress the neighbours much.
I saw an ex-demo 370Z at a local mall yesterday. 1800kms, retail new $91,000, marked down to $69,995.
But I didn't like the look, not very special in any way, and we have a real problem here in that dealers buy used JDM cars in Japan, import them and cut the guts out of the NZ new residuals. It...
Talking of tyre gauges, I bought an Ettenwolf last year, it's guaranteed to be accurate to .5 psi and reads in .1 psi increments. It agrees with Ford's TPMS.
A bit expensive, but seems really good.
Jeez, we're brudders from an udder mudder.
I'm a Michelin fan, used them on bikes and cars for many years. The reviews of the PZ5 are very good, not quite the tread life of a PS5, but sportier.
It's going to be a tough call when I ditch the stock tyres.
I had 245/35-20 P Zero PZ4's on my last car, they were at 3mm tread depth after 24000 kms. They would have mde 30000 before they were illegal.
I put Michelin PS5's on at that point, they seem to be the durability kings in UHP summer tyres.
