as Carter1776 said, there is a TSB from Ford about this issue, where quiet start times are ignored when remote starting. the fix is to contact your dealer for a PCM reprogram, which will be covered by your factory 3 year/36k mile bumper to bumper warranty. the TSB number is 24-2047
