    Mt82 is a GREAT transmission 🤌💪 it’s no 10r80… but every one I’ve had was EXCELLENT!! Light years better than T5, tremec TKOs or tremec T45s

    Originally they thought DH had 350 half shafts but I don’t think they do, I think they’re same as GT with the taper on the driver side. There is no imbalance although the 350 hs is about 6lbs heavier , material wise… the passenger shafts are identical.

    The whole point of the OEM 2 piece is to dampen/control NVH… It will be worse 100%… not so much noise (unless you go aluminum) or harshness, but plan on noticeable vibration… Maybe it shows at lower speed, maybe it’s at 90 and you have to speed up/slow down to get around it. I’ve always had...

    Cars were very bad business for ford and they lost money on most of them they sold to cater to CAFE standards (I’ll admit it’s over my head how it completely works) Which also ties in to EVs and their push, ford makes money on F150s, and Broncos… and that’s about it, everything else is a break...

    A lot of people don’t understand, the big 3 want EVs and government to mandate them… it’s not the other way around. They want less overhead, lower build costs, less warranty costs etc… The companies control the government… it was never the government forcing companies. They are the lobbyists.

    Lockouts at high rpm shifts likely SAVES the mt82 … And I know I’m yelling at a wall but the tremec is not some badass piece, just as many problems with lockouts, grinding gears etc…

    Good point about physical size, my friend has a coyote swapped fox body and the engine is HUGE in there… and this is no A.C, power steering, power brakes… basically illegal to build without accessories…. And that’s a foxbody.. 3300-3400 lb car easily They feel like a death trap with that much...
