I'm surprised as others have made this exact conversion. At least I think it is the same (https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/new-not-rtr-grille-for-gt-and-eb.162537/)
I'm sure you're going to get flack about knowing ahead of time it didn't fit, but.... Others have made it fit if nothing...
Gas mileage? First question is, how heavy is your right foot? If your pocket book is big enough, who cares? Do you drive an Eco-Boost or a Dark Horse with a Whipple? Come on guys, let's be honest! If you drive a pony car, and you worry about mileage, you bought the wrong transportation!
Yes it does! It is a shame that Ford doesn't watch this forum anymore. I can't say even then if any of the data here got to management, for what it is worth. Too bad really.
A friend of mine in Denver, owns a SHO with twin turbos that is a real hoot to drive due to the AWD system. If Ford does do a 4 door Mustang, maybe it'll have AWD as an option?
Glenn, I've been doing Beta for Apple since the Lisa came out. I used to do a lot of programming (personal), but as I got busier with work and Apple programming got tedious, I no longer do programming. I'm fairly good at Unix (had to for my job). I retired in September of 2000 from the phone...
Actually, the manual does tell you about the Ford Assistant (Page 411, which is appropriate page number). I both answer and hangup using this very button (Upper left in photo). My 2019 Ranger has two (Answer and Hangup) which I think most older Ford products have as well. Confusing? Perhaps for...
I'm an iPhone guy, and yes it does speak back to me. However, 90% of the time it doesn't help! I do know there is list of correct commands, but what the hey? Surely (don't call me Shirley) AI could help.
I'm on version 8.4+ on everything Apple has, and I must admit the coming up of all apple...
I think the GT is the same as the Eco-Boost, but to change the driver's display, use the center rocker on the right side of the steering wheel. There are about 5 or 6 displays.
Without looking for the actual version, I believe my last update (≈8 days ago) is the latest. In total, all I got was one blank screen, and I think I caused that by hitting buttons before the original dash appeared fully. No issue since.
The tires on the car are OEM ProContacts. TireRack average rating is about 2.5 (out of 5). Their rated tread life is an "A" which speaks volumes about their ability to stay stuck to the pavement. I'll wear them out soon, and switch to a set of decent Michelins.
If my Eco-Boost is an example, here is what I'd do. Buy some decent tires for the beast.
I normally drive with the Sport mode fully activates. I turn off the traction and stability controls, steering on Sport, no AES, etc. It only takes about 1/3 throttle to break loose the tires. At full...
Part of my proof is, I've only had two tickets my whole life. One was a parking ticket, and the other for wasting fuel driving at 62 in a 55 mph zone (circa early 70s).
Let me see if I get this correctly. On tap now, are upwards of 850 HP for a Whipple-ized GT or Dark Horse out of the lowly 5.0L. Now Ford, answering the call of competition and public alike (let's not forget the car mags too!), is upping the displacement to 5.2L, and punching out another 200 or...
