I stopped using active cruise on my last car. It would roll off the gas, or even brake as you pulled out to pass. You could pull out 100 metres before passing to avoid this, but I prefer living.

It's not road rage, but I had a kid in a Peugeot hot hatch try to keep up on a road trip earlier this year. He did a pretty good job of it. I wasn't going flat out, but the way the Mustand overtakes makes it hard for less powerful cars to keep up. Most amusing.

Standard here too, and our cars are EX-USA in RHD. I did fit sensors, which the installer f**ked up big time. So I bought an aftermarket cam which works OK, and was easy to fit. There's just a problem of where to put the display that looks good.

Can you find out exactly what they changed? The rear drive/susp is independant, so the axles are only the two drive shafts from diff to hubs.
