I have loved the Mustang ever since I bought my first one in the early 1980's. It was just a basic 1970 Coupe 302 with Auto in a Medium Blue and Blue vinyl interior. That car sealed the deal and I have owned at lest one Mustang ever since, sometimes 2 or 3 at a time. I bought my current 2006...
The lowest mileage I have ever gotten is 16.5mpg when I was having a particularly bad week, burned through a tank in a week. Sometimes I wish I had an economy option, but my Mustang GT is my "Economy" car, LOL! My other vehicle is a 2003 F159 with the 5.4l Triton. On it's best day, I think it...
Good catch! If only he had made that distinction clear. I will look at it differently now.
EDIT: I finally found a close up of the screen that shows the gauge cluster selections. As he said and you pointed out, the gauge cluster they replicated was the "Fox Body '87-'93".
Yeah, that blank spot would annoy the crap outta me
I thought that the Auto Stop/Start only worked on automatics. I read on CJ Pony Parts that the Auto Stop/Start works with a manual:

Here it is on this Dark Horse with 6M.
Now...
I am not familiar with Android Auto, is it possible there might be a setting for it to use the full screen. I have a Samsung Tablet (Coincidentally 12.4"), that displays apps using just the center of the screen (Portrait in Lanscape position) like it is a phone. But they can be changed to...
Pretty good review overall. But he doesn't have his Mustang history correct. Sorry, but the 3rd generation Fox body was the longest running generation and ran from 1979 to 1993. Not 1987 to 1993 as he states @8:15. You would figure these people reviewing these cars would at least do some...
These are my current shift knobs that I use on my 06 GT depending on my mood. Though I usually use the Old No. 7 most and replace it with the 8 Ball when taking in to get work done:
Yes, but maybe not this time. I think I will stick with the Anodized Titanium shift knob on my Dark Horse for a while. Then if it gets boring I will switch to either of the two pool ball shift knobs I bought for my 06 GT (8 Ball , of course or Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Ball), that is if the...
Drive 2006 Mustang GT daily. About 10 mile round trip to work 5 days a week then about 50 miles each weekend. I use 93 premium due to the tune. I get about 17-20mpg, (Depending on my mood!), between 230-250 miles per tank full. Fillups every 3-4 weeks paying about $40-50 each fillup at Sam"s...
Sorry, after 23 years in the US Navy, attention to detail is ingrained. Everytthing done on a ship is done with a checklist of some type, in particular PMS. It is natural for me to use one. I look at it like renting a car, they check it over before and after rental, but it may save a ton of...
Nice footage of the GT3. Only a couple sections showing anything close to its performance. The rest was just "Showing Off". Noticed that it got on the rev limiter almost instantly in a couple sections. I like the part where track guy signals burnout and the driver obliged.
If I hadn't gotten the AP with the Blue Ember, Dark Matter Gray would have been my selection. Adding the red calipers and Carmine Red interior would have completed it.
Congrats Pyroguy!!
Same boat here, NightSurgeX2. Ordered first day 27MAR23, got confirmation email, first 45 day email, then on 29JUN23, got an update email, but it didn't say "45 days".
Order: Dark Horse, Blue Ember, 700A/AP/HP/6M.
I was hoping for this or next week scheduling, but with the...
