Itās funny, I was thinking about posting something along these lines then just saw your post. Youāve saved me the trouble; no way I could have said it any better.
The internet seems to be full of āpiling onā hate, and I think often from people who donāt even have first-hand experience with the...
Thank you, probably excellent advice. I have others when I want to get rowdy.
Like most old hot rodders just looking for something for nothing, or very little.
Thanks for the warning. This car has a nice enough ride that I wouldnāt want to destroy it. I can live with the handling no problem. Itās pretty good as is, I was just thinking.
BTW sounds like our new GTs are close to clones:
Iām talking B6s, both struts and shocks.
My ā24 GT is a stock non-PP, non-Magneride car. It does have the 19x8.5 wheels with 255s all around.
It rides great and handles nicely but could maybe be just a little flatter/tighter when pushed hard in a turn.
Other than rebound damping just...
Maybe, maybe not but that isnāt the point and never was.
The point is itās real, itās measurable and itās free. That kind of thing drives an awful lot of forum conversation, most of which isnāt quantifiable like this is.
Guys often spend a lot more than zero for less.
Mine came with the Conti 255/40-R19s. The bronze pkg wheels are 19x8.5 so 255s are the biggest theyāll hold. Iād rate them as OK, nothing too special. I actually prefer the same size P Zero Neros on my 2020 GT vert with the black package. Same size wheels and tires. I know Iām the only guy here...
Sounds like weāre similar. Iām on my 75th trip. My ā24 GT also is 401A, AE, Bronze and Brembos. Itās not a race car but Iād describe it as a really competent fast cruiser. I donāt track it but I push pretty hard on mountain roads and it never disappoints. What color is yours?
Yes. I have the Continental Pro Contacts. They seem OK, nothing special. But this car only has around 500 miles so far so I havenāt really wrung āem out yet either.
Four Gs seems extreme for a little lipstick but people seem to dig this kind of thing. There are other unnamed recent Mustangs that I personally see as pretty much a tart-up and folks love āem so obviously itās just one cynical OFās opinion.
Now if this LE included some mechanical or...
OK. I am going to give you the 100% best answer youāll ever get online. Based on my previous experience here and elsewhere telling people how great this stuff is youāre gonna ignore it. But here goes anyway:
Get this product only. Nothing else. Not their wheel cleaner. Just this, period. Spray...
I donāt think Iād dispute that at all, but that wasnāt how the OP put his question forth. He was asking about actual RWHP, which is normally measured on a dyno.
Therefore my response.
As far as real world results are concerned I currently own a 2020 A10 460 hp/3.15s, a 2023 A10 470 hp/3.55s...
You need to slow down and actually watch the video I posted. That is *EXACTLY* what Tony did. Baseline dyno run with the CT, removed the CT and did another dyno run. Same day, same ā22 Mach with and without the CT. Not sure how you missed this if you watched the video.
