I recall when radials had low speed "wobble" due to the design/materials. When sitting overnight, especially on cold nights they would become "flat" on the side where the tire was parked overnight. But when the tires warmed up, the flatness would go away.

It would be interesting to hear exactly which label they change, and what field(s) on that label was/were incorrect. Based on the estimated time to fix, I seriously doubt it is the dash VIN label visible through the windshield. Whew!
