@Zach@Granger Not sure if you've given this any thought but the GTD is going to follow the same application process as the Ecoboost Ford GT. In my mind that is a made to order unit for a customer deemed worthy by Ford and Multimatic. You would know better than I but I've never seen the newer...
Not sure about that but I've read conflicting info on a few possible options, one being that the wing is optional, another that carbon fiber bumpers are optional. Also read that the door skins are aluminum, standard. I also read that the shocks will be visible through the rear window.
This guy flashed a coin that he received at the reveal where he stated that it was for an allocation. He received #100 and a guy he was talking in the vid to received something like #171. So it's very safe to say that the first 200 are likely spoken for already.
Does anyone have any insight as to the process in applying for an allocation? I've inquired on the Ford site, spoken to the owner of the dealer I buy all of my Fords from expressing my interest. They're going to inquire through their channels advocating for me etc. Just wondering what the...
Well I'm back and the GTD is what got me excited about Mustangs again. I'm going to apply, we'll see how it goes. I need more info than just the short reveal however, but it looks really promising. Not sure what I'll say when they contact me but I've had more than a few Ford Performance...
I'm good with gas. Every other option has failed to improve on the benefits of an ICE vehicle. Everything is made with and transported by oil and will likely continue to be in our lifetimes anyway so all of the EV stuff makes no sense whatsoever. Proven reserves will serve humanity well beyond...
I'd rather purchase a car with a locked ECU. How many yahoo shops are out there screwing up the reliability of cars. A locked ECU would ensure that some clown shop didn't mess with it.
To be straight, Ford will be producing three Dark Horse models? A street version (compares to a Mach w/ handling pkg) and then two track only models in the S and R models?
I was initially under the impression that the S model was street legal, and the R model is exclusively for the track.
I'm torn on the screens. I like new tech and all that but some of the animations are a bit juvenile. They used the Unreal video game software so that's understandable, but I do wonder if it will age well?
I wish Ford had integrated the screens within the dash like Porsche has done with their...
