The trany will overheat at some point if you keep beating it, at least this is my experience with the non performance package. In the past my 23 EcoBoost , the trany overheated and reduced power when I was in a canyon roadtrip....
I find it very annoying, when in auto mode and in track mode...

As for the color I would try a touch up paint from ford. it costs $20. I would assume you can also put he paint in a gun and spray it .

Fist thing I suggest is check the oil level and add some . Ford is being cheap and they fill up to the second lower X in the dipstick , which in new engines it will drop bellow min within few miles.
I also suggest to top off the coolant as it might have...
