There should not be any interest paid on a customer special order. They would rather you buy a car that they may be paying interest on. That is why the best deals are usually on in stocks units vs orders.

Two things come to mind: 1- I didn’t know Trump was President AFTER 2020. 2- You don’t think every manufacturer closing down during a PANDEMIC, shortages in every market, unemployment, Covid, BILLIONS being printed, no inventory, and NO CHIPS being available to produce a car are more responsible?

No they hate special orders. Re-read what I posted. They want you to buy off the lot and take a car out of inventory. Then the car is taken out of floor plan and no more interest is being paid to the bank depending how long it has been in inventory.

No sales are NOT going to pick up. Traditionally the first two years of a new model or refresh are the biggest sellers and that ship has sailed.

The dealer does. If you want to get specific the answer is whatever bank the dealer is floor planned through owns the cars on the lot.

There has never been a ragged edge tune from any manufacturer ever. Some may be hotter but they all are fat, low on timing, shift points not optimized or hard enough (although my DH in drag mode shifts like a beast as far as firmness).

30* used to be my street 93 timing setting, 33* was my Shell 93 50/50 with MS109, and 36* was my straight MS109 timing on my old 3V. So yes 26* is a joke.
