The C8 Corvette starts at $70K. This makes it more competitive for a DH, but the C8 is still a superior platform in almost every way for around the same price. Better than nothing tho.

What? The S650 Shelby were out before any silly GTDs. In fact, Ford and Multimatic have taken design cues from Shelby.

Moving from a S197 Gen 1 Coyote and a solid rear-axle to the S550 is a sizable leap. And moving from an S550 Gen 2 Coyote to a Gen 3 Coyote is also a sizable step. The Gen 3 and Gen 4 are basically the same motors. The Gen 4 just comes with dual TBs for the Gen Zers to go along with the Remote...

Whichever the case…end result is superiority over the Multimatic Mustang GTD for almost half the price.

Are you willing to buy a GT500 replacement or want to build your own? That’s the question. And every Mustang variant under Jim Farley has been overpriced and underwhelming. So unless they drop a 5.2L motor or better in an S650, this new variant will just be another supercharged Coyote Mustang...

Selection and limited quantity is a not a flex for the GTD. The ZR1 is superior in every way…for half the price. 🤣

Buying a GTD is not a flex. That’s like saying, “I burned $300K in my chimney last night waiting for Santa to come down.”

GM really did create a legend with the C8 ZR1. The best part…all in-house and all American. And that’s why they proudly displayed the USA flag decals on the ZR1s. Meanwhile, Ford outsourced the GTD project to the Canadian Multimatic. And Ford dares to charge almost double the price for inferior...
