Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing an actual Mustang, meaning the 2 door coupe that we have, with the Mach-E drive train. An all electric 2 door coupe would be interesting. Not that ugly thing in that Motortrend image.
Living in the MetroPlex myself, I too went with the Continental Extreme Contact Sport O2's and I love them. It is my daily driver and these have traction for days and I have had zero issues with them in rain or any sort of driving around the MetroPlex.
I see that you are in California where things are more expensive than other parts of the country, but here is an example in near me in TX to a Black 25 GT Premium with PP for $58K and you might be able to get them down from there...
That base C8 isn't all wheel drive. It's the cheap one, not the $400bigillion dollar ZR1, or even the E-whatever one they make.
But it's still not a great comparison, just the closest they have.
I've done that and things have been ok so far, but in my younger days I did that with a Pontiac GrandAm and it broke the fly wheel, I think. Any how it broke something in the tranny.
Just think experimentation here. Since we can change the tire sizes with Forscan, we could make the tire really big in the computer, which would have a slower reading on the dash. That might allow someone, not me, to actually find out with a GPS tracking gizmo.
Just an idea.
In Texas we put in an Express lane where if 2 or more people see you commit the murder you go right to the front of the line. I think that's how that works. I could be wrong though.
I saw TireRacks comparison a year ago that had the PS4 and went with the ExtremeContact Sport02.
I love them. Great traction and quiet(ish) ride for what I'm looking for.
