Thanks for doing this. Any issues with a battery message? Now you have me thinking of just using the USB instead of the fuse box. I'm probably not going to have it parked in the public for much longer than that.
I told them I wanted everything, papers, ect. That came with the car. And they threw everything in the trunk. All the directions for the add ons, and factory paperwork were all there. They even saved the seat plastic for me.
I noticed this too when I was trying to find a location for my Dash cam. It ends up just working for me, but I can see how it could be an issue for some.
I'm going to stick mine on the flat plastic area behind the mirror. I want to stick it to the glass, but there isn't a good spot that's not going to bother my vision. Kinda sucks but I not happy with any other location.
Also curious too if anyone has pics of their installs.
Yes, If you have DH, HP, surprisingly all add on pieces came in the car. Front splitter, strakes, wheel lips, Gurney flap, tow hook, wheel locks.
For anyone that didn't put on the Gurney flap, do you see 2 sets of screws? The dealer put mine on, but I don't have the short screws if I want...
Congrats. Took 2 days before I saw mine in the sun. It will like a different car.
Don't forget to post your chassis number in the chassis number thread. (if you chose to)
One week before I got my Mustang. My daughter got stopped for no front plate after 3 years of not having one.
I'm still not doing it. I drive around a lot for my job and look. I bet 20% + of the cars in WI have no front plate.
I want to do this but worry about the battery drain. My camera has a parking mode and want to use it. Keep us updated. I just think I'm going to have to run it to the fuse box with the battery monitor cable
