150 grit for metal should work well for what I see. They make sand paper for wood and for metal. Get the stuff for metal. No need to apply the rust neutralizer to non rusted areas. You could lightly scuff those areas with some 220 grit so your top finish paint adheres and bonds good.
Is the car your daily driver? I got my car on 8/22/24 but it was manufactured 5/2024 and sat for 4 months. I had lower voltage readings as I drove the car. I put it on a good battery tender and now it always reads higher voltage numbers when I drive it. It's not my daily and due to the weather...

I reviewed the spread sheet. My car was manufactured in April 2024 and delivered to the dealership in September 2024. I only have 1 of the updates shown in your spread sheet, The ECG-24.2.5.6.2 so I will just wait to see when the 10.1.1 update arrives.
Another question. Under the tab "update details" in my car it had a code at the bottom Left: ECG-24.2.5.6.2 and I was wondering what that means. Also is there another screen that would show the date of this update and any other expanded information. These photos show all I could find.
Interesting. In September I went out to my car and when I started it a message showed up on the screen saying a update had been installed. It happened overnight when I was asleep and the car was off.
Edit: also are you saying if your car is not being used in the winter that the updates expire...
