I'd start with tires, than move to brakes.
Your brakes are only as good as the contact to the road. If you're planning on tracking the car, then having beefier rotors and larger calipers will certainly help with heat soak to the metal, as well as distributing the brake pressure across the pad...
yuck. Good to know.
If its any consolation, Ford Motorcraft filters are actually the best in the business, funny enough. Their bypass valve is in a good location, they hold a lot of oil, and they filter media isn't glued together poorly
A lot of companies are willing to accommodate your needs if you just email, btw.
If you see a design or style you like, but its Audi or Nissan only, or something, then just send an email. A little communication goes a long way. Same goes for shift boots and stuff.
Bro, tow hooks are pretty much standard in a lot of cars. A threaded tow hook is not a track day special thing, lmao. Christ sake, my old family SUV had one in the front bumper
For the life of me, I do not understand how people are so continuously flippant and dismissive of government or corporate overreach. Its either "I'm not doing anything illegal so I don't have to worry", or "Its been over since xxx, it doesn't even matter anyone, everything is already monitored"...
Absolutely not.
The moment you put any load on the motor, you will cause damage to every bearing surface. You'll be lucky if you make it a quarter mile down the road before permanantly scarring your main bearings and rod bearings.
