I'll also throw in Built By Basil shift knobs. Wood might not be your thing, but he can make gorgeous custom shift knobs with engravings, patterns, flags, etc. I bought from him years and years ago when he was much smaller, he's only gotten better since then. Highly recommend his work...

Not sure what all the fuss is about a 4 door mustang. 4 Door pony cars are awesome, just look at the CT4V and Chevrolet SS. It would more than likely be called a falcon anyway.

I'm surprised more companies haven't made custom handles yet. Part of the marketing behind it was the ease of interchanging the handles and such.
