  1. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Please quote the emotional response. All I said is that you’re doing the usual “defend at all costs” thing, then you called me a snowflake. Seems like you’re the emotional one, lmao. Not even been a week, btw.
  2. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Maybe its just the internet people then. I've only ever met down to earth fellas in corvettes, bar the dudes polishing their cars every weekend. Just spoke to a C3 fella this past sunday. He was just like "yeah, this shit is slow. But I love it"
  3. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

I was just getting a rise out of you, dude. I have no horse in this race. If it was up to me, I'd have just swapped my S650 GTPP with a tremec. No hard feelings, I was bored.
  4. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

This forum is one of the most aggressively defensive forums I have ever seen, tbh. If you dare compare, suggest, or insinuate any sort of problem regarding the S650, you get blasted so unbelievably hard, lmao. I remember a few months ago I compared the S650 to another car that was similar...
  5. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

I'm going to need to see some citations that forged internals aren't better. Tremec is definitely better. Source: Every single person who has ever used one. Chassis tuning certainly exists.
  6. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Well, for one, you get a better engine for the price tag. And a better transmission and better chassis tuning
  7. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

If it was all for tuning development, then you must understand how much more went in to the Darkhorse over a standard GT. Forged internals, etc.
  8. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Would you care to explain where I misunderstood you.
  9. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

You're so much smarter than the salesman that they managed to sell you 4 S650's. You really showed them, hahahahah
  10. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

If you didn't get a Darkhorse, you missed out on a better engine, better transmission, tighter track suspension, better aero, unique chassis tuning. Again, seems like you're just sour grapes that you missed out big time
  11. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Forged is forged. Sounds like you missed out, pal
  12. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Doesn't the Ford Coyote spec sheet literally state that the DH has forged internals?
  13. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

I honestly didn't see anything wrong with what you had said, lol. Not sure why people are getting all fussy about it.
  14. I was wrong, Dark Horse does not have forged pistons and rods

Saw a mini cooper today, btw. Pretty sure it was a track car, had a tow hook threaded insert.
  15. Do I need to upgrade GT rear brakes for Whipple install

Can you highlight that in a different color? I'm colorblind
  16. Do I need to upgrade GT rear brakes for Whipple install

Yeah, wait, is he only talking about rears?
  17. Do I need to upgrade GT rear brakes for Whipple install

He doesn't have a Perf Pack. Non PP's have smaller brakes
