Hey TJ, I am on these boards but I moved on from the Stang and got a G87 M2. However, when I was noticing that Ford doesn't recommend their own shock package from the S550 for the S650.

I know people who installed the FRPP Strut/Shock kit from the S550 with no issues.

I know they are very similar chassis, the Steeda shocks/struts are from 2015-2025. I wish it was more yr. specific. The S650 cars are heavier.

Yes 20mm. They are designed for the OEM struts and shocks. That being said, I am shocked FRPP doesn't have a strut/shock package out yet. I believe this is part of the problem with sales for the S650. Mustang buyers love to mod and with FRPP parts

I had a similar experience with my test drive of an S650 GT manual. My current car at the time a 2020 S550 with the Ford Performance Power kit, full catback to include a Borla Switchfire and FP by Borla muffles and a set of 4.09 gears. Not to mention lighter wheels and tires and brake rotors...

I believe the main reason for the Mustangs decline is that the car wasn't that much better or different than the outgoing S550 and then you add the amount of increase over the outgoing model. Very much true...however. I believe anything beyond 94-95 octane there is a diminishing return. In Cali the best we can get if we don't buy unleaded race fuel at $10+ per gallon is 91 octane. I used to run 3 gallons of E85 with my S550 and it would get me to E25 and about 94 octane. I got...

I am on the Bimmer forums...only 1 guys who got an M2 for 6% off that I know of through a broker Also you had to travel out of state which I didn't want to do and the cost of shipment now negates any discount. I got 2% off plus my Veteran discount of $500 I was happy and it was a dealer only...

Schirmer M2 running a sub 7 second BTG. Yes, I do realize this car is pretty modded. Not just aero but they cut 100kg out of the car. Engine is stock, but it really doesn't need more power just a diet.
