  1. Lowest month sales ever - September 2025

Apparently, it's so important to the poster that they seem to make new accounts to do it.
  2. A tiny 3D printed part (Hood Flicks) made the Mustang GTD faster than every Ferrari on the Nurburgring

Those aren't tiny! Pretty cool though, those vents sit right above the front wheels and that's a nice place to apply some downforce. Prety amazing how much time it shaved off.
  3. Excess trunk heat

If you think the exhaust is contributing, you could try using that reflective heat shield tape on the heat shields for your exhaust back there.
  4. mice in hvac???

Man that sucks. The HVAC system isn't much different from S550. You should be able to find some instructions on how to disassemble the system.. Which unfortunately is what you have to do for rodents. I just had to do it to my Lexus, wasn't fun. Hopefully they're rummaging around in an easier...
  5. Hidden tracking device plugged into OBD2 port

Read everything when making a purchase like this. You probably signed off on it. Since it's financed maybe the bank/lender requested it?
  6. Why Ford Why - no spoiler on vert?!?!?

They should also all come with that "roll" bar. I love the look of convertibles with that thing.
  7. 25C43 Water Intrusion Recall

No idea. Water was coming in through the door trim, just above the lower speaker and now it's not.
  8. 25C43 Water Intrusion Recall

I had water coming in through the door panel trim on the passenger door in a car wash the week I picked up my car. Took the dealer a couple weeks to get the part back in late '23 but they got it and fixed it. I wonder if this is the same issue? Seems like it.
  9. Steering wheel insert

The emblem? I haven't seen a replacement emblem but you can get the airbag assembly. Part number is pr3z63043b13cb
  10. Singular knock on warm start

Well I've definitely never heard my car belch like that on startup.
  11. First Oil Change at Dealer - Sloppy Job

Sounds like a typical dealer service experience to me! From what I understand most Ford techs are paid fuck-all and on some stupid rate.
  12. 2005 Mustang GT…Yay or Nay?

They're good cars. Probably the best build quality out of any other generation of Mustang and I've worked on all of them. Don't know the price but if it's a good deal comparatively, it's a yay from me.
  13. Magneride shock and strut failure @2500 miles

From what I was told by the dealer the struts themselves are defective which makes sense to me as I've experienced the issue in customers cars before. In my case, over a bump there was no problem but if there was a sudden dip in the road there was a significant clunk.
  14. Magneride shock and strut failure @2500 miles

I do not have magneride and I have the performance package. Front-left strut went out at 9k miles.
  15. WIX WA11361 Air Filter

Yeah, it's the correct filter for a s650 GT/Dark Horse.
  16. Asking for a friend… JD Power

Is this true or an exaggeration?
  17. Install of Shelby style hood vent with thermal pics

There's a dry carbon vent at Extreme Online Store for about half the cost of the Shelby version. So, why not? Looks good to me! The bolts on the back are molded into it which is nice! The opening isn't as large as the glossy plastic version, but it uses metal mesh instead of the thicker plastic...
  18. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

I had a pretty good leak on the passenger side lower left window seal when it was brand new. I believe they replaced that triangle part and the seals with it. Not sure if that has anything to do with the recall but just checked on the Ford site and mine is under the recall.
